TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship your order in the most efficient way possible. If you have a preference of carrier, please tell us; we’ll do our best to honor your request. Packages up to 150 pounds are usually shipped via a parcel service, with charges prepaid and added to your invoice. Larger or bulky shipments are shipped via common carrier, freight charges pre-paid and added.  Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped to you immediately as they become available. A per order service fee of $5.00 may apply to 3rd party or collect customers.

Note: Due to the current volatile nature of freight costs, your freight may need to be requoted between the time of your order being placed and when your order ships. You may see an increase in shipping costs.

PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS

Stocked item prices are updated daily on our website and are net in U.S. currency. They are FOB shipping points and do not include freight, applicable federal, state, or local taxes, customs duties, or export packing charges. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to add sales tax to orders shipped to certain states. If your company or your order is tax-exempt, please send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.
CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be lost or damaged in transit. For your own protection, you should always carefully inspect any shipment before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, you must note it on the delivery receipt. If a truck shipment is damaged, you must also immediately have the shipment inspected by the carrier. Obtain an inspection report from the carrier and forward a copy to us. According to government regulations, any claim must be filed within 15 days after receipt of the shipment.

Certain products sold by BEST are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local standards and regulations vary significantly, BEST cannot guarantee that those products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities where the products will be shipped, sold, and used.
