SHIPPING & HANDLING

We sell a variety of products that range in sizes larger than 55-gallon drums and smaller than ½ ounce tin containers. We allow our customers to order any mix of products and in almost any quantity, rather than requiring full pallet or case orders.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We ship all products per manufacturers’ instructions; however, occasionally an order may incur damages during shipping. If you receive items in your order that are damaged or missing, we must be contacted within 2 weeks of delivery. Send an email stating your order number and the problem with your order.

Most of our items can be returned. However, there are some that may have restrictions. If you have received an item that you would like to return, below are the steps for our return policy. Note you will be credited only for products in sellable condition.
